MY STORY

I am a retired educator who has always had music in my blood.  My brother took guitar lessons when I was in high school and hated it.  The guitar was lying there and I picked it up and said, "What can I do with this?".  I am self-taught and bring to my music the rich folk tradition of the sixties and seventies.  I take that flavor, exemplified by influences such as John Prine, Cat Stevens, Gordon Lightfoot, and John Denver; and blend it with more contemporary folk artists and my own original compositions to create a program that is musical, historical, and pleasing to audiences of all ages.  Come with me on a musical journey that will bring joy to your heart, pleasure to your ears, and a lift to your spirit.
